I have potponed this project for years. I took the liberty and removed the (remaining one out of two) lens and replaced it with a 0,35mm pinhole on my #POUVA START. So, thisi is my first time with a #pinhole camera. There is still a lot to experience with :)! As you can see, the hole is far from a perfect circle (yes, black cardoard is not the best pick especially if punctured with graphite from a pencil) and it was not centered correctly neither. But hey, it is myfirst attempt! :) A more important problem is the size of the image. Actually it was not miscalcualtion that caused it, but the fact that the pinhole is located at the far end of a circular tube (that is a design feature of the camera)... Clearly, the ~62 degree view angle of the pinhole is different from the original lens' and unfortunately the pinhole sits 2cm further from the film plane. I shall remove the hole tube next time and go for a much wider setup (~40mm). The good news is that the Fomapan 200 film worked well! The pictures were taken 5 to 135 seconds exposure time. Since the pinhole is about f190 the film reciprocity was much better then what the film's description states (up to 30 seconds measured timex2 was sufficient for actual exposition time). It is just my observation and I will test it further.
