My only roll of Lomo Purple in medium format...and somehow I managed to miss three shots...ah well...roll was exposed @100 ISO and developed in Tetenal Colour Kit.
The Ahu is a old sanctuary with a collection of aligned Moais. Akivi is a very beautiful one and has the particularity to be the only place of the island where the Moais are looking towards the sea, when all others are looking towards the inside of the island
In the beginning of December I was the first time in Uganda for an assignment. I had let very little time for personal photography and I tried to make the most out of it. Shooting at a waste collecting site in Kampala gave opportunity to some very impressive encounters with beautiful people. The young boy caught my major interest, because of his quirky helmet, which made him some sort of young general with red armour. Rose and Judy are pride waste collectors and receive 10.000 Schilling for a kilogramm of plastic waste, which is then to be recycled. I am happy to open this series with them...
Sometimes, I forget to move my film and switch to next view. The result is some random multi-exposure, oftenly weird, but sometimes surprisingly interesting
St. Patrick's Day in Chicago is a National Holiday. The river that runs through this vast city is dyed green and no matter the weather, merriment, optimism, parade watching and drinking of much lager is expected. I thought it was a perfect time to try out Lomochrome Purple. I hope I haven't angered many leprechaun's. I have a proper green album coming up soon ;)
