My first reloaded and doubleexposured film ever! I used Lomography Redscale XR 50-200, whitch I love, it is a fantastic film, and this time, it was good to me too... :-)
The first layer of exposures I took of flowers in a greenhouse, and the second over layer is just randomly taken.
I'm kind of happy with the result...
And it was so very fun to do!!!
As you propably know by now, I just love the winter trees. They show us their true soul during the winter, and to have the opportunity to take doubles of them with different films has been a pleasure for me this winter. I hope that you all put up with yet another album of my beloved winter tree, this time with my new favorite film, Lomo X64 Tungsten, beautiful to look at and easy to scan.
Random photos, mostly night shots and cars, with LC-a on Kentmere 400 (outdated). Came out rather contrasty. This car is the very rare, seldom seen coffin nosed 1937 Cord Roadster.
Doubles with fractals generated mostly with Chaos Pro 4.0, a freeware by Martin Pringstl, photographed with an old SLR, from an old CRT monitor with brightness set at painful, and, then rewound and with same SLR photographed assorted flowers around the neighbourhood. The film was developed and scanned at a CVS Photo Kiosk. The negatives look pretty dense. I think the riot grrrls at CVS helped out, somehow, at the scan. I didn't do much to them. Anyway, I'm proud of these. Enjoy.
We spent spring break in New York City and saw all the touristy sites. I shot this roll with Lomo X Tungsten film and got colors I've never seen before. I love this film but wasn't wild about these colors. I think they are starting to grow on me though. I'm wondering if I over exposed this or if all the x-ray scanners at every attraction had something to do with the strange color shift.
This is my first - and one of the last - roll of Kodachrome 64. I totally fell in love with the sharp and colorful pictures, but I will never again have the possibility to get it developed ó_ò I am proud that I could use this special film, and think this is a very great honour to my 100th album here!
