Did some doubles with myself shooting first my friend Natacha and then shooting random things around town. Sadly I didn't replace the film in exactly the same sprocket hole so most images were overlapped and not exactly centered so I had to crop some to get them somewhat right. Hope you enjoy them!
I shot this sensia on a one of those early sunny days this spring... somehow the roll just didn't seem to end, I got suspicious and rewinded but it only took like 2 sec so I feared the film wasn't running thru the camera at all and opened in complete sunlight - but the film was disrupted so I had it processed anyway. I'm so happy the lab did that!! :)
Walking past the elementary school during lunch recess, wishing I could take a photo; and knowing it was forbidden. These girls rushed the fence to say hi! I asked if I could take a picture and they said, "Yes!" This was the best birthday treat.

New York has been badly hit by Hurricane Sandy. The beautiful Manhattan skyline has gone dark in the power outage. But we know that the great city will be back rolling faster than you expect!
A while ago I had an idea for doubles, but the first try failed, as the first layer wasn't visible at all. Then, a few weeks ago I bought an old Minolata X300 at the second hand shop. It is my first SLR camera and I thought I should give the doubles a second try. For the first layer I shot text and pictures of '' where the wild things are'' (which is one of my favorite books & films) on a black computerscreen in a complete dark room. The second layer was shot at the beach in Scheveningen. I am really happy about the results and I hope you like them too! Thanks to @bloomchen, who answered all my questions about doubles :)
