Die KONICA HEXAR geladen mit dem 2021 LomoChrome Purple Pétillant 35 mm ISO 100–400
Seit 1989 habe ich diese Art der Installation bis heute entwickelt.
Mein bevorzugtes Werkzeug ist die Konica HEXAR mit dem genialen 2,0/35mm Objektiv und im digitalen Zeitalter die Fuji X100 mit dem überragenden 2,0/23mm (äquiv. 35mm KB) Objektiv auf APSC Sensor. Grundsätzlich ist der Schwarzweißfilm meine Wahl. Selten der Farbfilm. Das waren im Laufe der Jahre eher Entwürfe die ich immer wieder verworfen habe. Aber natürlich kommt es auch auf das Motiv an, wenn es sich anbietet.
Seit 36 Jahren fertige ich so Architektur (so sie sich wirklich lohnt)
und Porträts an, Theaterschauspieler und Musiker, besondere Menschen oder besondere Momente an. ABER immer nur eine Aufnahme, keine Varianten, alles muss in dieser einen Minute sitzen.
Die Vorliegende Installation ist das Ergebnis 36-jähriger Entwicklung
in einer, für dieses Forum farbigen Version.

Original Achenbach ARCHiTEKTUR installation (since 1989) Street carnival on the Cologne Cathedral square 2025 The KONICA HEXAR loaded with the 2021 LomoChrome Purple Pétillant 35 mm ISO 100–400 I have been developing this type of installation since 1989. My preferred tool is the Konica HEXAR with the ingenious 2.0/35mm lens and, in the digital age, the Fuji X100 with the outstanding 2.0/23mm (äquiv. 35mm KB) lens on APSC sensor. Basically, black and white film is my choice. Rarely color film. Over the years, these were more like drafts that I repeatedly rejected. But of course it also depends on the subject, if it is suitable. For 36 years I have been creating architecture (if it is really worth it) and portraits, theater actors and musicians, special people or special moments. BUT always just one shot, no variations, everything has to be right in that one minute. The present installation is the result of 36 years of development in a color version for this forum.

    Hey this is really amazing! I looked at your other photos you posted and have a question! Are you taking a series of photos by panning on a tripod and stitching them together? It looks super cool and I want to try it!

    @thehenrydemos Hello, no, I don't use a tripod. With a tripod, I create cylindrical or area panoramas, cylindrical or spherical panoramas using a nodal point adapter. I create these types of architectural installations exclusively in black and white using a Konica HEXAR (analog) and the Fuji X100 (digital). The ones shown here are an exception. However, they usually consist of only 3, 4, or 5 images.
    The conscious use of the camera's parallax error is part of the concept here.
    Most often, however, I create portrait installations of people using the same principle.
    Each adjacent photo must be taken deliberately. It is also possible to photograph people multiple times in this way.
