R.I.P. Canon Sure Shot Max

Canon Sure Shot Max (aka Prima 5, aka Autobody Mini). Fully automatic "point-and-shoot" camera of the 1991 (this is a digital picture). 3-point Smart Autofocus system with "near-infrared" beam (they said it can focusing in the darkness). Lens 38mm f/3.5 (max f/22). Shutter speeds 1/8 to 1/250 sec.
I purchased it in used condition. Sad, but camera died soon after I had shot a test film.

@wuxiong: Thanx! Unfortunately It's dead... Battery is not a problem, it was powered by 3V CR123, the same type as Olympus Mju II (and this kind of battery is still selling here, thank heavens!)

I think the common thing that fails on autofocus cameras is the flat strip that contains the printed wires from lens/shutter and board in camera. It breaks from fatigue from movement. Hard to fix, even if you find part.

@herbert-4: I won't beat this dead horse. Little fellow had a long and full life, so I'll let him cross over the "rainbow bridge".
