PHOTO IS:RAEL invites photographers, as well as video, performance, and interdisciplinary artists from around the world and at different stages of their careers, to submit their existing works or proposals for new works in the 11th International Photography Festival’s central exhibition and special projects, which will take place in Tel Aviv in November 2023.
