Reunification Palace, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
We actually enjoyed the Reunification Palace. Fortunately, there are free English-speaking tour guides inside the palace, readily available for tourists. Our guide did a great job in educating us the history of the palace as well as Vietnam of the last several decades. The documentary available in the video room is also pretty interesting and informative (although a little one-sided). I was very much impressed by the minimal and uniformed architecture. The central structure of the building also represents some symbolic Chinese characters.
