Friends, Welcome! Just sharing some pictures of my hometown and local life, including people around - with some small descriptions and stories behind them. Check my "notes" if you like stories with photos. One of my main interests currently is "street portrait" genre.
Programmer and part-time school teacher (in electronics). No great skills in photography. Using only old manual (mostly soviet-made) cameras. Self-developing and scanning, to control the whole process of creating image.

Cameras: started with Smena of 1954 at pandemic, by now have already a small collection of a couple dozens - my favorites are few soviet Leica clones, then a couple of german-made - old good Praktiflex and even older pocketable folding Weltix.
*** there is an ongoing conflict in Europe between two countries - in both of them I have relatives, friends and colleagues - may God help them to find some peaceful solution and stop people suffering :(
