Saturn V Replica Times Two

I decided that if the museum could build one fake Saturn V I could use my Splitzer and to turn it into two.

The Saturn V rocket was built by Huntsville, Alabama's Marshall Space Flight Center to carry astronauts to the moon. The first manned flight to leave earth orbit, Apollo 8, reached the Moon with as Saturn V in 1968, as did Apollo 11 and the other lunar missions. The final launch of a Saturn V was in 1973, and was used to place Skylab, the first U.S. space station, into Earth orbit.

This Saturn V replica was erected at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center in Huntsville, Alabama in 1999. A gantry was also planned, but spending at the museum at this time was ahead of revenue, and eventually the museum was left with tens of millions of dollars in debt. At the time of construction of this model an actual Saturn V was displayed (outdoors) at the museum, receiving little care. In the years since the museum has solved its money problems and the real Saturn V has been restored and placed inside of a display building.
